Fall is a fantastic time to host mobile bar parties that capture the cozy and festive spirit of fall. You can offer a spread of fall-inspired appetizers, finger foods, and desserts that complement the drinks. Examples include mini pumpkin tarts, apple and cheese platters, and spiced nuts. Garnishes such as cinnamon sticks, apple slices, bacon, or edible flowers in fall colors can add a fall splash of colors and fragrance to inspire fall.

The "Maple Bacon Old Fashioned" is a creative twist on this classic cocktail, adding the flavors of maple syrup and bacon to enhance the taste.

Cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, add

3 oz Angel Envy Rye (natural maple brown sugar tones), 1/2 oz pure VT. maple syrup, a few dashes of bitters (Angostura bitters are traditional), and a dip of luxardo cherry juice Give it a stir. Then pour over a large cube.

Garnish with fall colors and scents of a Cinnamon wrap orange twist and a brown sugar crusted bacon.

Anyone can pour Bourbon at a bar, but this combination adds flavors that are full, rich, and natural.


Juicy blackberries and the warmth of bourbon mix together in a glass, make the perfect mix.


Cocktail: Add a pinch of mint, a few black berries, a fresh squeeze of lime in a mixing glass. with .75 oz of simple syrup, 2 oz. of your favorite bourbon. Next, muddle, strain and pour over ice.

A fall spin on a Mule. Bing cherries are a type of sweet cherry known for their deep red color and rich flavor. The addition of Bing cherries add a fall fruity element to the cocktail and complements the ginger beer.

Cocktail: In a shaker, muddle the 4 pitted Bing cherries to release their juices. Add 2 ounces of vodka and fresh lime juice to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to combine the ingredients. Strain the mixture into a copper mug filled with ice. Top off the mug with 4-6 ounces of ginger beer.

Stir gently to mix the ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge and a cherry on top.
