Carolyn Phillips - Founder
Carolyn strives to create outstanding customer experiences celebrating life’s special events. Her focus includes consistent and timely communication, smooth event coordination, and staffing that is customer-focused, friendly, and professional to ensure a memorable party.
Carolyn has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. She combined her education with a lifetime of entrepreneurial endeavors to blend education and experience to launch Mixology Mixers in 2020.
Carolyn developed her customer service and mixology skills in high-volume establishments, high-end restaurants, special events, and parties. She also owned a fitness company with multiple locations for 20 years – quite a departure from partying!

Alcohol ConsumptionAlcohol will be served in accordance with State Liquor laws and regulations. The Servicer will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). The Servicer will require proof of age (I.D.) for all guests of a questionable age partaking in alcoholic beverages. The Servicer will not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol during the event given by another adult. Our bartenders are Tips-certified (Training for Intervention Procedures). However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guests and their actions. Mixology Mixers Bartending reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgment. Mixology Mixers Bartending works with you to make the call.
